RNA/ligand interactions
Our team is interested in the fragment-based design of RNA ligands and the development of methods to analyze RNA-binders interactions. This work is carried out in collaboration with the team of Dr. C. Tisné (Microbial Gene Expression Laboratory, UMR8261, IBPC) and the team of Dr. B. Limoges (Molecular Electrochemistry Laboratory, UMR 7591, University of Paris Diderot). Our current objective is to measure the interaction of an unlabeled molecule with a native RNA, in an aqueous buffer solution, using competition experiments with fluorinated probes (NMR detection) or redox probes (electrochemistry detection).
