Curriculum Vitae

Since December 2019, I’m working with the Biological Chemistry team at UMR8601 (Pharmacologic and Toxicologic Chemistry and Biochemistry Laboratory) under supervision of Dr Julien DAIROU. I’m involved particularly in two projects, first a project related on products of tryptophane, and second, in the study of DJ1/PARK7 protein.
– 2010-2019: In U1147 (Personalized MEdecine, Parmacogenomics and Therapeutic Optimisation, MEPPOT), I worked on the effect of 6-Mercaptopurin, Rapamycin and Mycophenolic acid, antiproliferative and immunosuppressive molecules, on the change of energetic metabolism that occurs in proliferating T Cells ( Jurkat cell line).Another project was to test inhibitory effect of different drugs on the hemoprotein CYP 450 2C9 wild type and on 4 mutants of CYP2C9 , observed on patients. The aim is the prediction of the interaction with this protein, with chemical structure known of drugs.
– 2004-2009: In the Physico Chemistry of radical species team (UMR8601), I worked on small molecules like antioxidant, drugs, such as melatonine, metformine,tamoxifen or in vitro models of cell membrane ( micelle of PLPC ) and small protein like cytochrome C. The team analysed by HPLC the products generated by reactive oxygen species, produced by irradiation of water by 137Cs, and the kinetic of those reactions.
– 2003: Success in competition organized by National Education Ministery to become Chemist Assistant Engineer.
– 2000-2003: In the Organic and Space Physico-Chemistry Group (UMR7583: Laboratory of Atmospheric system ), I worked on the detection of trace of amino acids by derivatization , by GC/MS, chiral and achiral phase. The aim was to measure amino acid quantity on Martian soil and on samples of Açores hydrothermal sources from Ifremer.
– 1997-2000: National high school of chemistry (ENSCL) : Preparation of whole products for students for their lab work.
– 1997: Success in competition organized by National Education Ministery to become a chemist Technician
– 1996-1997: Scientific Museum «Discovery Palace” Paris: I presented chemistry shows for youth or adult public: “Liquid air and its properties”, » The perfumes», “The polymers”, “What is water?”

I worked as subsitute teacher of Chemistry and Physic in Junior High School.
